Introduction:

3MW amorphous silicon thin film solar cells production line is for middle and small scale mass production, its size is 381mm℅1270mmannual productivity is about 3MW

Manufacturing technology & process:

We apply single PECVD technology which can deposit many pieces. It can finish depositing 48 pieces of glass amorphous silicon thin film, , its size is 381mm℅1270mm.
